Nugget Wortel dan Ayam

Well karena anak ku sangat suka sekali dengan Nugget .. dan konsumsinya cukup besar akhirnya aku mencoba untuk membuat nugget sendiri .. utak atik bumbu bumbu akhirnya jadi juga nugget sayur .. kemaren nyoba pake wortel sebagai campuran nugget nya ... cek cek untuk resepnya

Bahan 1 :

1 Dada Ayam ( ambil bagian dagingnya saja dan haluskan )

3 Buah Wortel ( Potong Dadu + Kukus dan Blender )

3 Siung Bawang Putih

5 Sendok Makan Tepung Panir Halus

2 Sendok Makan Tepung Maizena

1/2 Sendok Teh Garam (optional)

1/2  Sendok Teh Merica Bubuk 

1 butir Telur

Bahan 2 :

Tepung Panir Kasar

1 Putih Telur

Cara Membuat :

1. Masukkan Daging Ayam ke dalam blender bersama Bawang putih setelah Halus taruh di wadah

2. Campur Wortel yang telah halus ke dalam wadah tadi

3. Tambahkan Tepung panir halus, Tepung Maizena, garam, Merica, Telur Dan aduk rata sampai tidak lengket

4. Siapkan Tempat mengukus yang terbuat dari stainless kemudian olesi dengan mentega ato Minyak goreng ( biar adonan tidak lengket ) setelah diolesi masukkan adonan nugget tadi dan tutupi dengan plastik ato aluminium foil ( lebih aman pake aluminium ) harus ditutup agar air tidak jatuh di adonan nugget

5. setelah itu kukus adonan nugget selama 30 menit

6.Dinginkan adonan nugget yang telah matang dan potong potong sesuai selera

7. masukkan potongan nugget tadi ke putih telur dan balurkan tepung roti kasar ..tekan tekan agar tepung menempel di nugget.

8 Nugget siap digoreng .. dapat bertahan 1 Minggu bila disimpan di Freezer

Selamat mencoba .. bagus untuk anak yang tidak doyan sayur dan bebas bahan pengawet
